ETS

Educational Testing Service (ETS) - Lead, UX Strategy & Research – National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP). Identified confusing assessment language through usability studies and delivered recommendations that improved student understanding and test performance.

"Theresa was not only a pleasure to work with, but her attention to details in UX research planning was so valuable. Creating a research plan was new to me and her experience helped me to learn and shape the plan for our students. She worked with me to make the project accessible and useable to facilitate the best outcomes and data collection. Any research division would be stronger with her on their team." Kris Anne Kinney

Ohio BWC

The Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation public website—one of the state’s most heavily used digital services—had grown to 14 levels of navigation, making it difficult for users to find information. The redesign modernized the experience, improved accessibility, and reduced support calls.

Monarch Services

Monarch Services & Construction has over 40 years of experience in home building, remodeling, and outdoor living. Their old site, launched in 2012, was not mobile-friendly and lacked essential content. The redesign will modernize their digital presence to attract more qualified leads and improve usability for homeowners aged 45–65+.
