The Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation public website—one of the state’s most heavily used digital services—had grown to 14 levels of navigation, making it difficult for users to find information. The redesign modernized the experience, improved accessibility, and reduced support calls.
Educational Testing Service (ETS) – National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP). Identified confusing assessment language through usability studies and delivered recommendations that improved student understanding and test performance.
