I am sorry I missed the newsletter last month – I switched jobs again. My contract at Abercrombie ended but not before I was asked to do a web site conversion assessment of both Abercrombie.com and Hollister.com retail sites, which was a lot of fun to do. I am not sure if they will take my advice but I really was happy they asked for my opinion. In the job switch, I lost the September newsletter, so I had to rewrite it.

I did another presentation for NEO STC. I really like that group – they are really professional and everyone is always so nice. Before my 9/9 presentation, which was on retail web site conversion (Abercrombie.com as well as some other web sites), I spoke with Mario Morelos who asked this month’s question.

****Question of the month****

Question: "What do you think of adding clients’ logos and names to your web site?"

Answer: Great question – This is pretty much web site conversion 101 – the clients you have done business can add a lot of credibility to your site and your business. Adding their names and logos to your site, say on a Testimonials page, can help convince those skeptical would-be customers that they can trust you. So by all means, add them to your site!
